I have absolute power over my students and whatever I do or say will not be questioned! If there is a mistake, it is the student's fault, never mine. Not only is my power and authority absolute, but it is also unchallengeable.

Oh, I agree with late policies and all that...I just don't agree with TA's who basically tell me I'm lying and that I wasn't there, and that I didn't hand the work to him personally at approximate twenty after eight pm.

Damn thing was ten marks too...I don't know if that was overall, but still...

Say to him: "I gave it to you right after I asked_________, and my name and the date are written in purple ink," and then simply state that if he can't find it, you'll print him off another coppy, but you will NOT be docked late marks.

That could work...I dunno...the guy is a total dumbass

Yanni, if that doesn't work, tell me, and I will dress up in dark clothing and assail him at his car late at night, break his arm at the elbow, smash him over the head with a lead pipe, and threaten to emasculate him with a dull pair of toe-nail clippers if he takes marks off for what is clearly his mistake :)
